Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- reliable and punctual
- good communication skills
- ability to handle cash accurately
- willingness to learn and adapt to various duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or retail is advantageous
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- knowledge of food safety standards is a plus
- ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take their orders
- prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards
- operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests
- maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house (the line), lobby, and restrooms
- assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed
- restock inventory and supplies
- ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and policies
- promote new menu items and provide recommendations when asked
- assist with opening and closing tasks
