Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • reliable and punctual
  • good communication skills
  • ability to handle cash accurately
  • willingness to learn and adapt to various duties

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in food service or retail is advantageous
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • knowledge of food safety standards is a plus
  • ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

Job Duties

  • Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take their orders
  • prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards
  • operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests
  • maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house (the line), lobby, and restrooms
  • assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed
  • restock inventory and supplies
  • ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and policies
  • promote new menu items and provide recommendations when asked
  • assist with opening and closing tasks
