Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must have basic math skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Willingness to adhere to food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills for handling payments
  • Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable
  • Ability to multitask and work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take their orders
  • Prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards
  • Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests
  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house (the line), lobby, and restrooms
  • Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed
  • Restock inventory and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and policies
  • Promote new menu items and provide recommendations when asked
  • Assist with opening and closing tasks
