Job Requirements

  • Willingness to stand and move for most or all of the shift
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment safely and effectively
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must comply with all health and safety guidelines
  • Able to provide own transportation to work if necessary

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service is an asset but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic math skills for handling cash registers
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and brand standards

Job Duties

  • Maintain a positive attitude and support fellow crew and customers
  • Learn new skills and contribute positively to the team environment
  • Correct issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stand and move during the majority of the shift
  • Operate restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
  • Follow brand standards to prepare and serve quality food
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
