Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment including a headset, register or grill
  • Must follow brand standards and guidelines
  • Must maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Must have a positive attitude and teamwork spirit
  • Must be willing to deliver great food and service consistently
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Previous experience in retail or food service is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Basic math skills to handle transactions

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
  • Prepare food according to Wendy's brand standards
  • Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the restaurant environment
  • Assist fellow crew members and contribute to a supportive team atmosphere
  • Follow health and safety regulations consistently
  • Address and resolve customer or operational issues promptly
