Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
  • Willingness to follow brand standards and safety guidelines
  • Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Authorization to work legally in the country

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or food industry is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Duties

  • Serve customers with a positive attitude
  • Assist fellow crew members and collaborate as a team
  • Prepare and serve food according to brand standards
  • Use restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address issues promptly
