Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • willingness to learn restaurant operations and safety procedures
  • ability to use equipment such as register, headset and grill
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • commitment to following brand standards and maintaining quality service
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • reliability and punctuality
  • ability to follow instructions and adhere to brand guidelines
  • physical ability to stand and move for the duration of the shift
  • experience is a plus but not required as paid training is provided

Job Duties

  • pitch in and help fellow crew and customers with a positive attitude
  • learn new skills and contribute to the team
  • correct any issues or mistakes to maintain service quality
  • stand and move throughout the shift
  • use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers and grills
  • follow brand standards for preparing food and serving customers
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
