Job Requirements
- Able to stand and move throughout the shift
- Able to operate restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- Willing to follow brand standards and safety guidelines
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to learn and develop skills
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Maintain a positive attitude and assist fellow crew and customers
- Participate in paid training to learn food preparation and customer service
- Stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Operate restaurant equipment including headset, register, and grill
- Follow brand standards to prepare great food and maintain cleanliness
- Ensure the restaurant environment is clean and welcoming
- Address and correct issues to uphold service quality
