Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Willingness to use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
- Ability to follow brand standards and guidelines
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service is a plus but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and operate restaurant equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve menu items according to Wendy's brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant
- Operate restaurant equipment including registers, grills, and headsets
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Assist fellow crew members during busy periods
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Uphold company policies and brand guidelines
