Job Requirements
- Must be willing and able to stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
- Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers and maintain a clean restaurant
- Positive attitude with willingness to pitch in and help fellow crew and customers
- Desire to learn something new and be a part of something good
- Ability to make corrections if something doesn’t seem right
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant role is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Prepare and serve high-quality food items according to Wendy’s standards
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the restaurant
- Support fellow crew members and contribute to a positive team environment
- Follow brand standards and guidelines in all restaurant operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
