Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of crew scheduling, hotel, or customer service experience preferred
  • willingness to work onsite at Minneapolis facility
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to type at least 30 words per minute
  • strong computer proficiency with multiple web-based applications
  • ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Qualifications

  • Must be willing to work onsite, in the office
  • excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • strong PC skills with typing speed of at least 30 wpm and strong Internet navigation skills

  • ability to work in an environment with client-driven volumes and activities
  • ability to work in a high volume, high pressure, deadline-oriented environment

  • 2 years of crew scheduling, hotel, and/or customer service experience is preferred

Job Duties

  • Booking hotel accommodations for flight attendants, pilot crews, ad-hoc crews, and other non-crew airline employees
  • Handling emergency relocations of crews with the supervisor on shift
  • Working closely with client’s crew scheduling and other relevant groups to meet operational requirements
  • Communicating with internal departments and management to resolve issues and expedite work
  • Monitoring and confirming access to necessary tools, systems, and resources
  • Utilizing tools and technology to process, track, and report transactions
  • Accurately registering reservations information and approvals in TA Connections system
  • Sourcing compliant hotel markets and cities lacking contracted hotels
  • Following approval processes for non-compliant hotel options
  • Making payments to hotel and transportation vendors per system settings
  • Maintaining positive, open, and respectful communication and professional behavior
  • Reporting incidents formally to supervisors and HR partners
  • Maintaining attendance, punctuality, and adherence to policies
  • Supporting account management, IT, billing, and commission collections with research and troubleshooting
  • Participating in special projects and other duties as assigned
