Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or fast-food experience advantageous but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to multitask and adapt to various roles within the restaurant
Job Duties
- Assist the register operator with filling orders
- Know proper serving and bagging procedures and bag all to-go orders
- Thank each customer as they receive their completed order
- Ensure bagged orders are complete with receipts and separated at Pick Up Window
- Greet customers and take orders when line is long
- Clean tables, chairs, and restrooms
- Prepare and cook meat patties, nuggets, fries, and other menu items
- Maintain cleanliness of grill, sandwich station, and condiment stand
- Accurately key customer orders into register and complete cash transactions
- Perform opening and pre-close cleaning and food prep tasks such as slicing vegetables, operating kitchen equipment, and emptying trash
