Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service or fast-food experience advantageous but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to various roles within the restaurant

Job Duties

  • Assist the register operator with filling orders
  • Know proper serving and bagging procedures and bag all to-go orders
  • Thank each customer as they receive their completed order
  • Ensure bagged orders are complete with receipts and separated at Pick Up Window
  • Greet customers and take orders when line is long
  • Clean tables, chairs, and restrooms
  • Prepare and cook meat patties, nuggets, fries, and other menu items
  • Maintain cleanliness of grill, sandwich station, and condiment stand
  • Accurately key customer orders into register and complete cash transactions
  • Perform opening and pre-close cleaning and food prep tasks such as slicing vegetables, operating kitchen equipment, and emptying trash
