Job Duties
- Assist the register operator with filling orders
- Know proper serving and bagging procedures and bag all to-go orders
- Thank each customer as they receive their completed order
- Make sure each bagged order is complete with receipt placed in the bag
- Keep bagged orders separated at the pick-up window
- Greet customers and accurately fill out customer checks
- Suggest additional items for customers' meals
- Assist customers requiring special assistance
- Clean trays and return them to service line
- Clean tables, chairs, and dining room areas
- Maintain condiment stand
- Press and turn meat patties on grill
- Cook grilled chicken and prepare baked potatoes
- Water clean the grill surface
- Portion and serve fries and nuggets
- Determine customer orders from video monitors or headset systems
- Prepare and serve cold and hot drinks, chili, and frosties
- Operate cash register and complete transactions
- Bag orders and assist during rush periods
- Perform opening and pre-close cleaning duties
- Lift and carry food and supply items
- Operate slicers and can openers
- Empty trash and maintain cleanliness
