Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in food service or fast-food environment a plus
  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members
  • Physical fitness to perform manual tasks such as lifting and reaching
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles within the restaurant

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist the register operator with filling orders
  • Know proper serving and bagging procedures and bag all to-go orders
  • Thank each customer as they receive their completed order
  • Make sure each bagged order is complete with the receipt placed in the bag
  • Keep bagged orders separated at the pick-up window to prevent errors
  • Greet customers and accurately take their orders
  • Suggest additional items for customers’ meals
  • Clean tables, chairs, and restrooms regularly
  • Turn and press meat patties on the grill and maintain grill cleanliness
  • Portion and serve fries, nuggets, drinks, chili, and Frosties
  • Prepare sandwiches and baked potatoes to order
  • Operate the cash register and complete customer transactions
  • Perform opening and pre-close cleaning and prep tasks
