Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in fast food or customer service is beneficial
- ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 lbs
- must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- must be at least 16 years old
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- assist the register operator with filling orders
- know proper serving and bagging procedures and bag all to-go orders
- thank each customer as they receive their completed order
- ensure all bagged orders are complete and receipts are placed in bags
- keep bagged orders separated at the window
- greet customers and accurately fill out customer checks
- suggest additional items for customer meals
- assist customers requiring special assistance
- clean tables and chairs after each use
- use carpet sweeper as needed
- realign tables and chairs
- spot clean glass windows and doors
- maintain cleanliness of restrooms
- maintain condiment stand and replenish stock
- press meat to correct size and perform visual quality checks on cooked products
- turn and press meat patties on the grill
- serve meat to service line
- water clean the grill surface
- determine customer orders from video monitors or headset systems
- determine customer orders for fries and nuggets and properly portion and serve them
- cook fries and properly drain them
- prepare sandwiches wearing disposable gloves
- retrieve buns and condiments to replenish stations
- prepare baked potatoes to order
- portion and serve cold drinks, hot beverages, chili, and Frosties
- replenish ice bins several times per shift
- greet customers, take and relay orders, complete cash transactions
- prepare drinks and assist with bagging orders during non-rush periods
- carry orders to customers at Pick Up Window and communicate through headset
- perform opening duties such as moving lettuce cases, preparing sandwich toppings, washing windows, lifting products from freezer and cooler
- clean and sanitize dishes
- empty trash containers
- operate can opener and onion slicer
- perform pre-close cleaning duties including cleaning chili stove and filtering fryers
- reach back of grill and stove areas
- handle products weighing up to 50 lbs
