Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in fast food or customer service is advantageous
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Availability for flexible work hours including peak and slow periods

Job Duties

  • Assist the register operator with filling orders
  • Know proper serving and bagging procedures and bag all to-go orders
  • Thank each customer upon order completion
  • Ensure each bagged order is complete with receipt placement
  • Keep bagged orders separated at the pickup window
  • Greet customers and take accurate orders when line exceeds four customers
  • Suggest additional items and thank customers
  • Assist customers requiring special help
  • Clean trays, tables, chairs, windows, and restrooms
  • Maintain condiment stand stock and cleanliness
  • Press and grill meat to quality standards
  • Cook and serve fries and nuggets
  • Prepare sandwiches and baked potatoes
  • Portion and serve drinks, hot beverages, chili, and Frosties
  • Handle cash transactions and operate register
  • Perform opening and pre-close duties including food prep, cleaning, and inventory handling
