Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- capable of standing for extended periods
- able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- good communication skills
- ability to follow instructions and food safety guidelines
- willingness to be cross-trained in multiple positions
- basic English proficiency
- ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in fast food or customer service is an advantage
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to multitask and work under pressure
- knowledge of food safety standards
- teamwork and flexibility to work various positions
- basic math skills for cash handling
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- familiarity with kitchen equipment operation
Job Duties
- assist the register operator with filling orders
- know proper serving and bagging procedures and bag all to go orders
- thank each customer as they receive their completed order
- ensure bagged orders are complete with receipts at the pick-up window
- keep bagged orders separated to prevent errors
- greet customers and accurately take orders in dining room
- suggest additional items for meals
- clean tables, chairs, and restrooms
- maintain condiment stands
- press meat to correct size and check cooked products on the grill
- cook and portion fries and nuggets
- prepare sandwiches and baked potatoes
- serve cold drinks, hot beverages, chili, and frosties
- operate register, conduct cash transactions, and assist with bagging
- carry out opening tasks including lifting heavy items and prepping sandwich toppings
- perform pre-close tasks such as cleaning chili stove, filtering fryers, and sanitizing areas
