Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service preferred but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including peak volume periods
- physical stamina for standing and moving throughout shift
- adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols
- ability to communicate clearly
- ability to handle customer transactions
- willingness to work as part of a team
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- assist the register operator with filling orders
- know proper serving and bagging procedures and bag all to-go orders
- thank each customer as they receive their completed order
- ensure each bagged order is complete with receipt placed inside
- keep bagged orders separated at the pick-up window
- greet customers and accurately fill out customer checks
- suggest additional items for meals
- assist customers requiring special assistance
- clean tables and chairs after use
- use handheld carpet sweeper as needed
- realign tables and chairs
- spot clean glass windows and doors
- maintain cleanliness of restrooms
- replenish condiment stands
- press meat to correct size and quality standards
- water clean the grill
- portion and serve fries and nuggets
- cook fries and drain baskets properly
- prepare sandwiches wearing disposable gloves
- prepare baked potatoes
- portion and serve cold drinks and hot beverages
- prepare chili and frosties
- replenish ice bins
- greet customers and take orders at register
- complete cash transactions
- assist with bagging carryout orders
- handle transactions at the pick-up window
- carry out opening and pre-close duties including inventory handling and cleaning
