Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in fast food or customer service roles advantageous
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • strong communication and customer service skills

  • physical stamina to stand and perform manual tasks
  • willingness to be cross-trained in multiple positions
  • ability to operate kitchen equipment safely

Job Duties

  • assist the register operator with filling orders
  • know proper serving and bagging procedures and bag all to-go orders
  • thank each customer as they receive their completed order
  • make sure each bagged order is complete with receipt placed in bag for pickup window
  • keep bagged orders separated at the window to prevent errors
  • greet customers and take orders accurately
  • suggest additional items for customer meals
  • assist customers requiring special assistance and carry trays to tables
  • clean tables, chairs, windows, and restrooms
  • press meat to correct size and check quality on grill
  • cook and portion fries and nuggets
  • prepare sandwiches and baked potatoes using proper techniques
  • portion and serve cold and hot beverages, chili, and frosties
  • receive orders and handle cash transactions at register
  • operate can opener and onion slicer
  • clean and filter fryers
  • empty trash and maintain cleanliness
  • perform opening and pre-close food preparation duties
