- ability to look at operations from a guest's viewpoint

- able to work around heat and close quarters
- able to move throughout restaurant
- able to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
- able to work with various cleaning products

Job Duties
- Provides a quality product and guest service experience
- follows company guest service guidelines and "Six Dollar Service" standards
- works assigned station(s) accurately and productively
- cleans and stocks station area(s)
- prepares, packages and delivers products according to menu standards
- follows food safety, handling and sanitation requirements
- performs cleaning duties as assigned
