Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • Enrollment in high school or possession of high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Bi-lingual skills a plus
  • Must have reliable transportation to work
  • Must have telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to bend and stoop
  • Ability to work around heat
  • Ability to work around others in close quarters
  • Ability to move throughout the restaurant to work specific stations or perform tasks
  • Ability to lift 50 - 75 lbs. comfortably
  • Ability to use various cleaning products

Job Qualifications

  • Enrollment in high school
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with others as a team
  • Ability to comfortably interact with all Guests
  • Ability to look at restaurant operations from a Guest’s viewpoint
  • Ability to meet performance standards for assigned tasks and duties
  • Ability to take initiative and problem solving skills

Job Duties

  • Provide a quality product and Guest service experience that delivers total Guest satisfaction
  • Follow all Carl's Jr. Guest service guidelines and procedures and ensure delivery of "Six Dollar Service"
  • Work assigned station(s) accurately and productively, clean and stock the station area(s), perform other cleaning duties as assigned
  • Prepare, package and deliver all products according to Menu Standards
  • Handle all food products according to company procedures, follow all food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
  • Follow steps outlined in the Crew Person Training Program to improve skills and performance
  • Communicate to immediate supervisor when additional training or guidance is needed
  • Contribute to the restaurant's success by accomplishing expected work during each shift and consistently produce quality work
  • Support goals, decisions and directives of Restaurant Management and perform additional duties as directed
  • Follow all company policies, safety, security, and emergency procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
