Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must have telephone or reliable communication method
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to bend and stoop
- Ability to work around heat and close quarters
- Ability to move throughout the restaurant
- Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
- Ability to work with various cleaning products
Job Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school or high school diploma preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of effective communication with management, guests, and co-workers
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Ability to work well with others as a team
- Ability to interact comfortably with guests
- Ability to meet performance standards for assigned tasks

Job Duties
- Provide a quality product and guest service experience
- Follow all Carl's Jr. guest service guidelines and procedures
- Work assigned stations accurately and productively
- Clean and stock the station area
- Prepare, package, and deliver menu items according to standards
- Handle all food products following company procedures and safety standards
- Maintain safety and security policies
- Communicate with supervisors about training and performance
- Support restaurant management by performing additional duties and responsibilities
- Properly use all products, supplies, equipment, and facilities
