Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Must have reliable transportation to work
  • Must have telephone or reliable communication method
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to bend and stoop
  • Ability to work around heat and close quarters
  • Ability to move throughout the restaurant
  • Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
  • Ability to work with various cleaning products

Job Qualifications

  • Enrollment in high school or high school diploma preferred
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of effective communication with management, guests, and co-workers
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Ability to work well with others as a team
  • Ability to interact comfortably with guests
  • Ability to meet performance standards for assigned tasks
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Provide a quality product and guest service experience
  • Follow all Carl's Jr. guest service guidelines and procedures
  • Work assigned stations accurately and productively
  • Clean and stock the station area
  • Prepare, package, and deliver menu items according to standards
  • Handle all food products following company procedures and safety standards
  • Maintain safety and security policies
  • Communicate with supervisors about training and performance
  • Support restaurant management by performing additional duties and responsibilities
  • Properly use all products, supplies, equipment, and facilities
