Job Requirements
- Knowledge of general restaurant or retail operations
- Basic proficiency in math and reading
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow directions accurately
- Capacity to multi-task effectively
- Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, stoop, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds continuously in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Duties
- Perform station duties including fountain and frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru as assigned
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease
- Maintain regular attendance
- Report customer or employee complaints or issues to Manager on Duty
- Move and stock food products weighing up to 50 pounds
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
