Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for long periods up to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to handle physically and mentally stressful situations
- Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with customers and employees
- Willingness to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends
- Must demonstrate integrity and self-direction
- Ability to safely operate restaurant equipment
- Must complete food safety and handling training
- Willingness to work overtime if required
Job Qualifications
- No experience required though restaurant or customer service experience is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and integrity
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team-driven environment
- Strong communication skills with customers and team members
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Food safety and handling training as required by state regulations
Job Duties
- Greet customers with personality and genuine friendliness
- Handcraft food to order while prioritizing quality and safety standards
- Operate the register including taking orders, handling cash, and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the shop
- Prepare fresh ingredients and assist teammates during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- Engage with customers and team members to promote a positive and fun atmosphere
- Follow all safety and food handling procedures diligently
