Job Requirements

  • Enrollment in high school
  • minimum age of 16 years
  • reliable transportation to work
  • reliable method of communication with the restaurant
  • willingness and ability to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to bend and stoop
  • ability to work around heat and in close quarters
  • ability to move throughout the restaurant
  • ability to lift 50 - 75 lbs. comfortably
  • ability to work with various cleaning products

Job Qualifications

  • Enrollment in high school
  • high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
  • good verbal and written communication skills
  • capable of communicating effectively with management, guests and co-workers
  • bi-lingual skills are a plus
  • minimum age of 16 years
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • ability to comfortably interact with guests
  • ability to view restaurant operations from guests’ perspective
  • ability to meet performance standards
  • ability to take initiative
  • problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Consistently provides a quality product and guest service experience that delivers total guest satisfaction
  • follows all Carl's Jr. guest service guidelines and procedures
  • works assigned station(s) accurately and productively
  • cleans and stocks the station area(s)
  • performs other cleaning duties as assigned
  • ensures that all guests receive hot, quality products
  • prepares, packages and delivers all products according to menu standards
  • handles all food products according to company procedures
  • follows all company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
  • follows steps outlined in the Crew Person training program
  • communicates to immediate supervisor when additional training or guidance is needed
  • understands job responsibilities impact on guests and operations
  • keeps supervisor informed of anything affecting guests or operations
  • contributes to restaurant success by accomplishing expected work
  • supports restaurant management goals and decisions
  • follows all company guidelines for food and cash controls
  • maintains and minimizes restaurant costs
  • follows and complies with all company policies and procedures
  • maintains a safe and secure environment for employees and guests
  • models and encourages Carl's Jr. shared values
  • treats employees with honesty, respect and dignity
  • contributes to an environment of trust and direct communication
