Job Requirements
- Enrollment in high school
- minimum age of 16 years
- reliable transportation to work
- reliable method of communication with the restaurant
- willingness and ability to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to bend and stoop
- ability to work around heat and in close quarters
- ability to move throughout the restaurant
- ability to lift 50 - 75 lbs. comfortably
- ability to work with various cleaning products
Job Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school
- high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
- good verbal and written communication skills
- capable of communicating effectively with management, guests and co-workers
- bi-lingual skills are a plus
- minimum age of 16 years
- ability to work as part of a team
- ability to comfortably interact with guests
- ability to view restaurant operations from guests’ perspective
- ability to meet performance standards
- ability to take initiative
- problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Consistently provides a quality product and guest service experience that delivers total guest satisfaction
- follows all Carl's Jr. guest service guidelines and procedures
- works assigned station(s) accurately and productively
- cleans and stocks the station area(s)
- performs other cleaning duties as assigned
- ensures that all guests receive hot, quality products
- prepares, packages and delivers all products according to menu standards
- handles all food products according to company procedures
- follows all company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
- follows steps outlined in the Crew Person training program
- communicates to immediate supervisor when additional training or guidance is needed
- understands job responsibilities impact on guests and operations
- keeps supervisor informed of anything affecting guests or operations
- contributes to restaurant success by accomplishing expected work
- supports restaurant management goals and decisions
- follows all company guidelines for food and cash controls
- maintains and minimizes restaurant costs
- follows and complies with all company policies and procedures
- maintains a safe and secure environment for employees and guests
- models and encourages Carl's Jr. shared values
- treats employees with honesty, respect and dignity
- contributes to an environment of trust and direct communication
- is performance oriented and driven
