Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- availability to work 15-40 hours per week including days, evenings, and weekends
- ability to follow oral and written instructions
- demonstrate integrity and self-direction
- ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with employees and customers
- ability to work with a diverse team and culture
- ability to operate equipment safely
- must complete food safety/handling training as required by state
- stamina to work an 8-hour shift

Job Duties
- Greet customers with personality
- handcraft food to order while keeping quality and safety first
- rock the register - take orders, handle cash, and process payments
- keep the shop fresh: clean as you go and maintain sanitation standards
- jump in where needed - from prepping fresh ingredients to helping teammates during rush periods
- maintain compliance with food safety regulations
- assist team members and create a positive work environment
