Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or fast food preferred but not required
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to follow instructions and procedures
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- effective communication skills
- capacity to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards

Job Duties
- assist the register operator with filling orders
- know proper serving and bagging procedures and bag all to go orders
- thank each customer as they receive their completed order
- make sure each bagged order is complete with receipt placed in the bag after completion
- keep bagged orders separated at the window to prevent wrong orders
- take customer orders accurately when four or more customers are in line
- suggest additional items for customer meals
- assist customers requiring special assistance
- clean tables and chairs after each use
- maintain cleanliness of restrooms and condiment stand
- press meat to correct size specification on the grill
- visually check cooked products for quality standards
- cook and serve fries and nuggets portioned to service lines
- prepare sandwiches wearing disposable gloves
- retrieve buns and condiments to replenish sandwich station
- prepare and serve drinks including hot beverages, chili, and frosties
- greet customers and take their orders using register and speaker system
- complete cash transactions
- perform opening duties such as moving lettuce and slicing tomatoes
- clean and sanitize dishes
- empty trash using carts
- operate can opener and onion slicer
- clean chili stove and surrounding areas during pre-close
- filter fryers safely
