Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- enrollment in high school preferred
- good verbal and written communication skills
- reliable transportation to work
- availability to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to bend and stoop
- able to work in hot environments and close quarters
- capable of moving throughout the restaurant and lifting 50 - 75 lbs
- ability to use various cleaning products
- dependable telephone or reliable communication method with restaurant
Job Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school or higher education preferred
- good verbal and written communication skills
- ability to communicate effectively with management, guests, and co-workers
- bi-lingual skills a plus

Job Duties
- Provide quality guest service that ensures total guest satisfaction
- follow Carl's Jr. guest service guidelines including 'Six Dollar Service'
- work assigned stations accurately and productively
- clean and stock station areas
- prepare, package and deliver food products according to menu standards
- adhere to food safety, handling and sanitation requirements
- comply with company policies, safety, security and emergency procedures
