- serving, cooking, cleaning, prepping and caring for guests
- balancing high volume with high quality
- participating in ongoing training and development
- eagerness to take advantage of new opportunities
- learning different skills and responsibilities of all Shake stations
- cross training and cross utilizing skills
- entry level or 6 months or more related restaurant, hospitality or retail experience preferred but willingness and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high volume environment is a must
- open full-time availability and flexibility is a must - ability to work a variety of shifts
- strong customer service knowledge and communication skills
- self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities

Job Qualifications
