Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks

- Availability for full-time or part-time work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in training new crew members
- Support the flow of restaurant operations during shifts
- Engage with customers and team members with enthusiasm and respect
