Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Willingness to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- Ability to follow brand standards and guidelines
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic math skills to operate registers and handle transactions
- Ability to stand and move for the duration of shifts
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Prepare food and beverages according to Wendy’s quality standards
- Operate restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Follow all safety and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Assist in training new crew members as needed
