Job Requirements

Minimum age of 16 years
Reliable transportation to work
Ability to communicate reliably with the restaurant
Willingness to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to bend and stoop
Ability to work around heat and close quarters with others
Ability to move throughout the restaurant and perform assigned tasks
Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
Capable of using various cleaning products

Job Duties

Provide quality guest service and ensure total guest satisfaction
Follow Carl's Jr. guest service guidelines and procedures
Work assigned station(s) accurately and productively including cleaning and stocking
Prepare, package, and deliver food products according to menu standards and food safety requirements
Follow company food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
Adhere to company policies, safety, and emergency procedures
Maintain a safe, clean, pleasant, and secure restaurant environment
Support restaurant management goals, decisions, and directives
Communicate training needs and performance issues to supervisors
Take accountability for work methods and performance results
