Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Reliable transportation to work
- Ability to communicate reliably with the restaurant
- Willingness to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
- Ability to stand for long periods

- Ability to move throughout the restaurant and perform assigned tasks

Job Duties
- Provide quality guest service and ensure total guest satisfaction
- Follow Carl's Jr. guest service guidelines and procedures
- Work assigned station(s) accurately and productively including cleaning and stocking
- Prepare, package, and deliver food products according to menu standards and food safety requirements
- Follow company food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Adhere to company policies, safety, and emergency procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean, pleasant, and secure restaurant environment
- Support restaurant management goals, decisions, and directives
- Communicate training needs and performance issues to supervisors
- Take accountability for work methods and performance results
