Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • Reliable transportation to work

Job Duties

  • Provide quality guest service and ensure total guest satisfaction
  • Follow Carl's Jr. guest service guidelines and procedures
  • Work assigned station(s) accurately and productively including cleaning and stocking
  • Prepare, package, and deliver food products according to menu standards and food safety requirements
  • Follow company food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Adhere to company policies, safety, and emergency procedures
  • Maintain a safe, clean, pleasant, and secure restaurant environment
  • Support restaurant management goals, decisions, and directives
  • Communicate training needs and performance issues to supervisors
  • Take accountability for work methods and performance results
