Job Requirements

Minimum age of 16 years
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to communicate reliably with the restaurant
Willingness to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to bend and stoop
Ability to work around heat
Able to work closely with others
Capable of lifting 50-75 lbs
Comfortable using cleaning products

Job Qualifications

Enrollment in high school or equivalent
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Capable of communicating effectively with management, guests and co-workers
Bi-lingual skills are a plus
Performance oriented and driven
Understands impact of job responsibilities on overall operations

Job Duties

Provide quality product and guest service experience
Follow Carl's Jr. guest service guidelines
Work assigned station accurately and productively
Clean and stock station area
Prepare, package and deliver products according to menu standards
Handle food products following safety and sanitation procedures
Comply with company policies, procedures and guidelines
