Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including weekends
excellent customer service skills
basic food preparation knowledge
physical stamina to stand and move during shifts
reliable attendance
ability to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

prior customer service experience is a plus
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong communication and interpersonal skills
basic math skills for handling transactions
ability to stand for extended periods
willingness to learn and follow company procedures

Job Duties

Prepping and baking pretzels and other products
greeting customers and taking orders in a friendly and efficient manner
serving products to customers
working collaboratively with team members
maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area
handling cash and processing transactions accurately
adhering to food safety and quality standards
