Job Requirements

Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
Enrollment in high school or a high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate with management, guests, and co-workers
Must have reliable transportation to work
Must have a telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts
Must be able to stand for long periods
Must be able to bend and stoop
Must be able to work around heat and in close quarters
Able to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
Must be able to move throughout the restaurant to perform assigned tasks

Job Qualifications

Enrollment in high school or possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Good verbal and written communication skills, capable of effective communication with management, guests, and co-workers
Bilingual skills are a plus
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Comfortable interacting with guests
Able to meet performance standards for assigned tasks

Physically able to perform job duties, including standing for long periods and handling various cleaning tasks

Job Duties

Provide a positive guest service experience by following Carl's Jr. guest service guidelines and procedures
Work assigned station(s) accurately and productively, cleaning and stocking station area(s) as needed
Ensure all guests receive hot, quality products prepared according to menu standards
Handle all food products following company procedures, food safety, and sanitation requirements
Participate in the Crew Person Training Program to develop skills and improve performance
Communicate training needs and operational concerns to immediate supervisor
Support restaurant management by accomplishing expected work and performing additional duties as assigned
Follow all company policies, safety, security, and emergency procedures to maintain a safe environment
Model and promote Carl's Jr. shared values focused on guest satisfaction, integrity, and respect
