Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move 55 pounds
- ability to reach and move items from heights between 6 inches and 6 feet
- operate kitchen and restaurant equipment safely
- able to stand and hold sign outside when required
- apply pressure to cut and clean products and equipment
- count, separate, and weigh food and inventory items
- communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- understand directions and product specifications
- complete customer orders accurately
- comprehend training materials and procedures
- pass required training programs for certification
- use mathematical skills to compute sales totals and percentages
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Complete and pass the Caesars Advanced Rating and Development System (CARDS) training program within 60 days
- serve customers correct and complete orders within service time goals
- prepare and ensure high quality food products
- maintain proper image and comply with company policies
- clean and organize internal spaces and restaurant equipment
- comply with cash handling and variance procedures
- comply with safety and security procedures
- perform job duties according to company standards
- assist with revenue growth and cost control measures
- follow restaurant opening, operating, and closing procedures
- handle unexpected events and notify management
- perform other duties as assigned by management
