Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or retail is a plus
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- capable of lifting heavy items up to 50 lbs
- must be able to communicate clearly with customers and team members

Job Duties
- assist the register operator with filling orders
- know proper serving and bagging procedures and bag all 'to go' orders
- thank each customer as they receive their completed order
- ensure each bagged order is complete with receipt placed in the bag
- keep bagged orders separated at the window to prevent wrong orders
- greet customers and accurately take orders
- suggest additional items for customer meals
- assist customers requiring special assistance
- clean trays, tables, and chairs
- use carpet sweeper and spot clean glass windows and doors
- maintain restroom cleanliness
- press meat to correct size and maintain quality standards
- cook grilled chicken and prepare baked potatoes
- clean grill area and water clean grill surface
- portion and serve fries, nuggets, and drinks
- replenish condiment stands and ice bins
- operate register and process cash transactions
- communicate orders through speaker system
- perform opening and pre-close responsibilities including lifting, cleaning, and product preparation
