Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- must be 16 years of age or older
- minimum of 3 months of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience
- ability to stand for 10 hours and work 50-55 hours per week
- good physical condition
- strong communication skills
- alert to management, staff, and guest needs
- ability to lift and carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds
- ability to kneel, bend, stoop, ascend or descend stairs
- takes initiative
- be a brand ambassador both in and outside of the restaurant

Job Duties
- Follow all standards of conduct and policies set forth in the Book of Lola
- deliver excellent customer service through communication, positive attitude, and connection with customers
- remain knowledgeable about all offerings and store promotions
- ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience with accurate and timely food and beverage orders
- maintain cleanliness and organization within the restaurant and assigned stations while following health and safety standards
- adhere strictly to all food and beverage recipes and matrix when preparing guest orders
- proactively assist other team members
- follow directions and complete tasks assigned by Crew 2, Shift Leads, or Restaurant Managers
- contribute to a positive atmosphere by maintaining calm during high stress and communicating potential problems to management
- maintain reliability with proper attendance and punctuality
