Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in project coordination or operations in creative or marketing environments
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools
- Availability to work on-site in Seattle three days a week
- Authorization to work in the United States

- Highly organized with experience juggling multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with confidence in following up to move work forward
- Experience coordinating projects, workflows, or approvals in fast-paced environments such as creative, marketing, agency, or operations
- Ability to gather feedback, synthesize information, and translate it into clear next steps
- Proactive in identifying process improvements and comfortable stepping in to fix issues
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Legal, and Compliance
- Curiosity about the creative process with enthusiasm for supporting creative teams behind the scenes
- Based in Seattle with ability to collaborate in a hybrid work environment
Job Duties
- Build the weekly creative sprint planning
- Track progress, flag risks early, and help the team with what matters most
- Organize feedback and revisions so nothing gets lost and next steps are always clear
- Coordinate creative reviews with internal and external legal teams
- Submit the team's work for review, track feedback, follow up on approvals, and secure final sign-off
- Spot and remove approval bottlenecks before they slow the team down
- Handle recurring operational tasks like contest fulfillment, testimonial administration, file organization, posting coordination, and troubleshooting
- Keep tools, systems, and assets clean, organized, and easy to navigate
- Serve as the main operational point of contact between Creative, Growth, Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and other partners
- Ensure communication is clear, handoffs are smooth, and everyone knows what’s happening and when
