Job Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong photography skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Experience with social media platforms Instagram and Facebook
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Team player attitude
- Interest in craft beer and brewery heritage

Job Duties
- Plan, create, and publish content for social media channels
- Assist with design and production of creative assets and marketing materials
- Engage with online community and Yardbird Beer Club members
- Support events and beer releases with on-site coverage, photography, and promotions
- Manage merchandise program including online store and taprooms
- Coordinate logistics for marketing activities such as beer festivals and donations
- Maintain brand consistency and visual standards
