Job Requirements
- Education to high school level or equivalent
- Relevant experience in guest relations or comparable luxury service environment
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to handle physical demands including standing and walking during shifts
- Flexibility in work schedule including peak periods
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in guest relations or luxury hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English

- Flexibility to work long hours during peak periods
Job Duties
- Contact guests and travel agents prior to arrival and maintain communication until arrival
- Coordinate pre-arrival requests and create personalized itineraries with concierge and guest relations coordinators
- Manage the elevation of creative amenities and gifts inventory to ensure superior guest experience
- Capture and input institutional knowledge about guests into the NEXUS system
- Assist in creating bespoke recognition stories and planning special occasions
- Report imperfections and coordinate with departments to maintain hotel standards
- Communicate with various departments to ensure seamless service alignment
