Job Requirements

Be of legal age to serve alcohol
Hold a valid food service certificate
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Capacity to stand and be mobile for extended periods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in customer service preferred
Ability to maintain a friendly and positive attitude under pressure

Job Duties

Greet guests and seat them in the order in which they arrive
Familiarize guests with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested
Take orders and enter into our ordering system
Serve food and beverages
Clear, properly clean and set tables between uses
Collect payment from guests in a timely manner
Assist in training new team members as required
Anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate and enjoyable dining experience
