  • flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • previous experience as a line cook
  • must successfully complete Craft training course
  • prolonged periods of standing and walking
  • must be able to lift, balance and carry products weighing up to 25 pounds
  • must be able to work aboard a boat that is away from dock for several hours at a time

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications
  • set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • ensure that food is cooked and plated to the highest standards of quality
  • comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the head chef
  • collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
  • maintain a clean and organized kitchen
