Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years bartending experience
  • Knowledge of hand-crafted cocktail preparation
  • Proven ability to engage and serve guests effectively
  • Ability to maintain flexibility with dinner time availability
  • Strong knowledge of beverage programs including wine and beer
  • Passionate about hospitality and relationship building
  • High level of craftsmanship and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Craft hand-made cocktails with precision and creativity
  • Provide engaging and attentive service to all guests
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage offerings including micro-brewed beers and boutique wines
  • Prepare classic cocktails such as Sazerac and Hemingway Daiquiri with perfection
  • Create customized cocktails based on guest preferences while ensuring balanced flavors
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to deliver a seamless dining experience
  • Uphold a clean and organized bar area following health and safety standards
