Job Duties
- Craft hand-made cocktails with precision and creativity
- Provide engaging and attentive service to all guests
- Maintain detailed knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage offerings including micro-brewed beers and boutique wines
- Prepare classic cocktails such as Sazerac and Hemingway Daiquiri with perfection
- Create customized cocktails based on guest preferences while ensuring balanced flavors
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to deliver a seamless dining experience
- Uphold a clean and organized bar area following health and safety standards
