Job Requirements
- Previous bartending or training required
- must be 21 years of age
- be self motivated and able to work independently
- strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
- knowledge of the Micros operating system a plus
- have working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes
- ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight up to 40lbs
- ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- clean background check and reliable transportation a must
- must possess excellent guest service and communication skills
- open availability including evenings and weekends
- 1-2 years experience making craft cocktails
- bar lead experience a plus

Job Duties
- Open and close bar
- make and serve drinks
- clean tables and bar area
- maintain storage room where alcohol is kept and keep inventory levels
- restock items when necessary
- mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
- display knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods
- be knowledgeable of hotel property and amenities
