Job Requirements

  • Food and alcohol certifications
  • Knowledge of state and local liquor laws
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced settings
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to verify legal drinking age
  • Excellent customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • Prior bartending experience including basic bar knowledge and ability to craft drinks accurately, preferably in a fine-dining setting
  • Understanding of state and local liquor laws
  • Strong communication skills for taking orders, recommending drinks, engaging with customers, and coordinating with staff
  • Required food and alcohol certifications
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Pour, serve, and mix a variety of drinks including classic and signature cocktails based on guest preferences
  • Prep the bar before service by stocking supplies, ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and ice
  • Welcome guests warmly and create a positive experience
  • Verify IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service
  • Process payments accurately using the POS system
  • Work with staff to ensure smooth service and delegate tasks as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
