Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in foodservice sales
- Established network within foodservice distributors, brokers, and operator accounts
- Proven track record of sales growth
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Reside in Dallas, TX or within daily commuting distance

- 3+ years of experience in foodservice sales, ideally within meat, protein, or grocery-related categories
- Established network within foodservice distributors, brokers, and operator accounts
- Proven track record of sales growth and account management success
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Based in Dallas, TX or within daily commuting distance
Job Duties
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand DRC’s presence in the foodservice channel across key distributors, operators, and regional accounts
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across key categories including smoked sausage, cooked proteins, and marinated meats
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships through consistent follow-up, performance tracking, and partnership-building
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and R&D to deliver customer-specific programs and solutions
- Maintain a strong understanding of category trends, pricing, and competitive landscape
