Job Requirements

Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous cleaning or janitorial experience advantageous
ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
basic reading and comprehension skills
demonstrated ability to interact positively with public and team members
ability to operate cleaning equipment

Job Duties

Clean equipment including work tables, refrigerators, meat blocks and other equipment
clean utensils, pots and pans by hand or with dishwasher
return cleaned items to their designated places
remove trash and garbage to designated areas
sweep, mop, scrub and buff floors using heavy equipment
clean walls, windows and steam clean trashcans
stock, date, rotate and check temperature of product
transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or hand truck
load and unload supply trucks
follow all security and safety procedures established by the company
