Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Physical ability to bend and twist
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet guests and seat them at appropriate tables
- Record customer reservations and maintain seating charts
- Maintain and set up dining room areas before service
- Assist with roll up silverware stock for incoming shifts
- Advise guests on menus and beverage choices
- Oversee food and beverage delivery and service
- Perform cashier and bus person tasks as required
- Follow cash handling policies and ensure cash security
- Refill beverages and remove service items in assigned station
- Assist with various team duties during downtime
