Job Requirements
- Experience in a similar size hotel preferred
- Previous bartending or food and beverage experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable with a flexible mindset
- Positive attitude and team player
- Available to work various shifts including AM, PM and weekends

- Experience in bartending or food and beverage service

- Prior experience in a full service hotel or upscale independent restaurant preferred

Job Duties
- Create, prepare and serve classic cocktails and new beverage recipes
- Upsell bar and lounge menu items to guests
- Utilize proper equipment and ingredients in beverage preparation
- Handle basic cleaning and housekeeping duties behind the bar
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and energetic personality
- Work various shifts including AM, PM, and weekends to cover different food and beverage areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations
