Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bartender experience in an upscale dining establishment
- Extensive knowledge of craft cocktails spirits and beer
- Ability to qualify and maintain a class A gaming license
- Ability to qualify and maintain Food Handlers Certification
- Ability to qualify and maintain Responsible Beverage Certification
- Ability to pass pre-employment bartender audition
- Flexibility to work nights weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Extensive craft cocktail spirit and beer knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or team members
- Ability to add subtract multiply and divide using whole numbers common fractions and decimals
- Ability to compute rate ratio and percent
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Must qualify to obtain and maintain a class A gaming license
- Must qualify to obtain and maintain a Food Handlers Certification
- Must qualify to obtain and maintain Responsible Beverage Certification
- Working knowledge of Micros
- Impeccable service standards and attention to detail
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation
- Ability to pass pre-employment bartender audition
- Must be flexible and willing to work nights weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve drinks to guests including cocktails wine beer and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of bar countertop and assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the entire designated bar area
- Ensure that bar is stocked with glasses garnishes drink mixes and ice
- Demonstrate proper knowledge of all liquor laws and regulations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new drinks continuously expanding beverage knowledge
- Demonstrate knowledge of all PRC drink recipes
- Suggest and have a working knowledge of high-end wine and spirits
- Create signature cocktails using creative ingredients fresh herbs and other embellishments
- Adhere to cash and operating policies in accordance with PRC handbook
- Maintain proper sanitation and safety procedures for food handling
- Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times
- Provide impeccable service and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Access guest preferences and make drink suggestions
- Effectively up sale craft cocktails wine and beer generating sales and revenue growth
- Abide by all liquor laws and policies set forth by PRC
- Perform other duties as assigned
